1. Return Eligibility
You may return an item if:
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product
- The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging
- The item is not a custom-cut, electronic, or clearance/final sale item
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used, installed, or damaged items not caused by us
- Items returned without original packaging or accessories
- Items marked as Final Sale, Promo, or Clearance
3. Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact us at oneautomarketing@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving the item
- Provide your Order Number and reason for return
- Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions
Once approved:
- Ship the item back to our warehouse (customer pays for return shipping unless due to error/fault)
- After inspection, we will process your refund
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued in the following forms based on your preference:
- Bank transfer refund (after product is inspected and approved)
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos or videos. We will arrange an exchange or full refund at no additional cost.
